I love Tensho - many people think it is simply a softer version of Sanchin, but it conceals hard within soft, containing effective close-range techniques which can be quite devastating. Practising Tensho mindfully is a joy, which allows me to enjoy the flow of movements against the mental backop of infighting, coupled with regulated breathing.
